The Hofstra Title IX Office prevents and addresses allegations of gender-based harassment – particularly sexual harassment and sexual violence. This includes leading campus wide training efforts, coordinating University responses gender-based harassment reports, participating in community coalition building, and monitoring all related policies, laws, regulations and guidance that contribute to achieving gender equity on campus.
